We are seeking a highly professional Corporate Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact. This role is a critical blend of high-end customer service and proactive physical security. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and staff while ensuring the integrity of our secure perimeter.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House Excellence: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Access Control: Manage the Visitor Management System (VMS), verify identities.
Communication: Operate and manage internal radio communications with the security team.
Incident Management: Act as a lead during evacuations and use de-escalation techniques to manage difficult situations.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: Previous experience in corporate security, luxury hospitality, or high-end aviation security.
Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to remain calm under pressure.
Appearance: Pristine personal presentation is mandatory for this corporate environment.
Licensing: SIA License is required.
