Summary
We are seeking reliable Support Workers to assist residents with daily living, social activities, personal care (where required), and emotional support. You will promote independence, ensure safety, follow support plans, and communicate effectively with staff and families. You will maintain dignity, follow care plans, keep accurate records, and work effectively within different care-home teams. Practical Moving & Handling training is required. Also required: Experience in Support Work, Lone Worker Training, Medication Administration Theory.
