We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join a busy public sector team based in Wisbech. This is a full-time, office-based role covering a vacant position.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:45am – 4:30pm
(37 hours per week)
Location:
Awdry House, Ramnoth Road, Wisbech
This role is fully office-based – no hybrid working available.
About the role:
You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service while handling a range of enquiries.
Key responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
Providing accurate information and resolving queries
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting administrative tasks across the team
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
