Summary

Relief Level 5 Diploma Assessor – Residential Children’s Homes

Salary: £16.32- £17.50 per hour, depending on qualifications

Hours: As and when required

Primary Location: Diamond House





The Role;



Support the Assessment Centre Manager in the development and delivery of leadership within a Residential Children’s Home environment, ensuring best practice standards are upheld at all times.

Support, observe and assess candidates in their place of work, across Norfolk and Suffolk

Take a lead in the assessing of the Leading and Managing in a Residential Children’s Home Level 5 Diploma

Ensure departmental activities are strategically focused on maximising positive outcomes for both young people and the workforce.

Maintain quality assurance by reviewing, monitoring, and signing off all completed work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with required standards.

Contribute to the design and delivery of training provision through direct facilitation of workshops and coordination of learning events, delivered both virtually and face-to-face.

Ensure all learners clearly understand the required standards and expectations necessary to successfully achieve their qualification.

Manage data effectively and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) as directed, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
