About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team in Portishead. This is a varied role with approximately 80% warehouse duties and 20% forklift operation, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently (20% of role)
• Stock control and inventory checks
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
