We are currently seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team, focusing on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Job Description:
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher with the strategic leadership and management of the school, with particular responsibility for leading and developing our EYFS and KS1 provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about early years/primary education who wants to grow into a leadership role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead staff effectively
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
