Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a warm and nurturing EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will foster a stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. You will plan and deliver engaging, child‑centred lessons, ensuring high-quality provision that supports every child’s development across all areas of learning.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.

Creating a positive, inclusive, and enabling classroom environment.

Supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, and academic development.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.

Maintaining accurate observations and records to track progress.

Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing remain at the centre of practice.

We are looking for someone who is creative, reflective, and passionate about primary education, with a commitment to helping every child thrive.
