• Will support the Headteacher and team to deliver the strategic vision for the school to continue to thrive.
• Is an innovative leader, committed to working effectively with a dedicated team to deliver an adapted curriculum to reflect pupil’s individual needs.
• Has a flexible and compassionate approach to communication and leadership.
• Has knowledge and experience of SEND.
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner.
