Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

An effective teacher with SEND must blend advanced pedagogical expertise with profound emotional intelligence. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of adapting the National Curriculum through highly personalised scaffolding and the use of adaptive technologies to meet diverse sensory and cognitive needs. Beyond your QTS, you should possess deep experience in positive behavioural support and be adept at implementing EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes within a classroom setting. Success in this role hinges on your ability to remain resilient and empathetic under pressure, fostering a predictable, inclusive environment. A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, to ensure every learner achieves their full potential, regardless of their starting point.
