Are you a passionate and dedicated educator who believes every child can succeed? We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive school community, where inclusion and excellence are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for the right person to join our team which maybe in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
About the Role We would like someone who can create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports all pupils to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Someone who can deliver high-quality teaching that challenges and inspires, while ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and included.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, scaffolded lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners
• Foster an inclusive classroom culture where every child feels safe, respected, and able to achieve their full potential
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and support outstanding outcomes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development
• Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal growth

• A qualified teacher at any stage of their career with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum with a willingness to keep learners alongside colleagues
• A commitment to inclusive education and experience supporting diverse learning needs, including SEND
• High expectations of all pupils and a drive for academic excellence
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching
