This is a great opportunity for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join a well-established and supportive team.Shifts Available:AM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm (4-day working week)PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm – 1:00am (4-day working week)Please note: all successful candidates will initially start on the AM shift (6:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday) as part of the induction and training period, before moving onto their allocated shift where applicable.Key Responsibilities:Powder coating components to a high standardPreparing materials and surfaces for coatingInspecting finished products for quality and consistencyMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentSupporting general production duties as requiredAdditional Information:Due to the rural location, own transport is essentialFull training will be provided, although previous experience in a similar role would be advantageousShift allowance paid per shift workedIf you are reliable, motivated, and looking for a long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!
