Summary

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Mental Health Team

Do not apply for this job role if you do not have 2 years' of experience post Social Work qualification.

About this role

This team operates within a multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality support to adults experiencing mental health issues. The team is responsible for developing personalised care plans, tailored to individual needs and with a range of professionals to ensure holistic support. A key aspect of the role involves undertaking Care Act assessments and creating care plans that focus on individuals' abilities and promote independence where safe and proportionate.

About You

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a mental health team lends well to the success of this position.
