In this dynamic role, you will deliver high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills English to both 16-19 learners and adults, using innovative and engaging approaches to inspire progress and achievement. You will be proactive in supporting learners to develop their literacy skills, confidence and independence, ensuring they are well-prepared for further study, employment and everyday life. With a strong focus on learner success, you will contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking curriculum area committed to raising standards and transforming lives.
