Summary
We are currently working with a leading private healthcare provider in Surrey who are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their on-site maintenance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong background in building maintenance and multi-trade work to operate within a high-quality healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hospital site
- Diagnose and resolve defects efficiently and to a high standard
- Conduct inspections of reported issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and site regulations
- Complete all required documentation (e.g. timesheets, maintenance logs)
- Identify and report recurring or major issues to the Facilities Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Site Engineer or Multi Trade role
- Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
- Experience within healthcare or similar environments (desirable but not essential)
