Summary
Continually develop own professional practice as indicated by the changing needs of patientsParticipate in personal development reviewContribute to the Induction programme of medical and nursing staff as required.Contribute to the development, supervision and training of other clinical staff.Support student healthcare practitioners and others, as required, to achieve appropriate levels of competence in practice.Participate and provide clinical supervision for self and others.Apply theoretical concepts obtained through the MSc and apply appropriatelyIs pro-active in developing own professional practice, demonstrating evidence of increasing autonomy, clinical judgement and decision-making skills.Develops evidence based teaching packages in response to learning needs of the individual, team and organisation.Provides regular teaching sessions for nursing, midwifery and medical staff (including mandatory training).Organises/participates in study days/seminars organised within and outside the Trust.
