Summary
Acting as a resource of specialist professional knowledge bases for the team, through application of theory in practice. Assisting with promoting the delivery of evidence based patient focused care. Deputise in the absence of the Senior Team Leader when required Working closely with own team, theatre co-ordinator, senior team leader and matron/theatre manager to promote good work relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team. Contributing to the effective and efficient utilization of theatre resources identifying shortfalls and liaising with senior team leader / theatre co-ordinator. Identifying and implementing Cost Improvement Programmes within the service.
