We are seeking a Deployment Specialist to support mobilisations and work closely with operational teams during onboarding, contributing to the delivery of key operational activities throughout mobilisation phases.

The role requires a practical, common‑sense approach, ideally supported by a hospitality background and a strong understanding of good operational standards.

Job Description

Working as part of the Deployment Team, the Deployment Specialist supports the successful mobilisation, deployment, and stabilisation of food services across the business.

The role combines project support, hands‑on operational expertise, and performance insight to ensure new contracts, food concepts, digital platforms, and operational standards are delivered effectively and consistently across all business segments.

Key Responsibilities

Support mobilisation activities across new and existing food service operations

Provide hands‑on support to operational teams during onboarding

Implement agreed food concepts, systems, and operational standards across sites

Support centralised induction and operational training programmes

Deliver audit and compliance activity across all segments

Complete operational tasks including labelling, menu typing, and basic IT administration

Produce, maintain, and contribute to operational reporting and PID tracking

Support key accounts with mobilisation, recruitment, training, and project delivery activity

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience within contract catering, food retail, or hospitality operations

Experience supporting mobilisations, project delivery, or multi‑site operational rollouts

Strong understanding of food service operations, including retail and restaurant environments

Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on high operational and retail standards

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data

Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders

Self‑starter able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

UK driving licence and willingness to travel
