Summary
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is open to designers at a junior or midweight level.
You’ll be joining a close knit, 6-person design team, working collaboratively alongside a mix of junior, midweight, and senior designers, and reporting into the Design Manager. This structure offers strong opportunities for both collaboration and development, with exposure to a wide range of skills and experience levels.
You’ll work across a variety of design outputs, from digital campaigns to brand storytelling, collaborating with multiple teams to bring engaging creative to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing across a broad range of channels including:
Social media graphics
Website and landing pages
Brand stores and campaign assets
Email design
Event and experiential design
Supporting the delivery of creative campaigns for major global brands
Collaborating closely with the wider creative, marketing, and photography teams
Contributing ideas and creative input to campaigns and brand direction
Helping maintain and evolve visual consistency across all touchpoints
Nice-to-Have Areas (Not Essential)
An interest in or experience with photographic direction
Exposure to or curiosity about UI/UX design

Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (at least 1–2 of the following):
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects
Lightroom
Adobe XD
A good eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Desirable (but not required):
Experience with Figma
Motion design or animation skills
Basic understanding of digital design principles (web, UX, responsive)
