Summary

Graduate or Trainee Property Consultant

Launch your career in property with structured training, real responsibility, and clear progression.
Are you a recent graduate looking for your first professional role?

Do you want a career where you can learn fast, work with corporate clients, and build valuable commercial skills?
We’re looking for motivated graduates to join our Asset Management Division as Graduate Property Consultants. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ambitious, organised, and keen to develop a long‑term career in property and corporate client services.
No previous property experience is required — we’ll provide full training from day one. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do
From your first weeks, you’ll be hands‑on and supported as you learn the role. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Managing Your Own Portfolio
Review and prioritise a caseload of properties, learning how to work to client service level agreements and deadlines.
Working with Corporate Clients
Communicate professionally with corporate clients, keeping them informed and delivering a high standard of service.
Collaborating Across the Industry
Liaise with external professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, and managing agents to gather information and move property matters forward.
Developing Problem‑Solving Skills
Review reports from third parties, assess information, and help recommend practical, evidence‑based solutions.
Building Commercial Confidence
Handle emails, phone calls, and system updates in a busy office environment, developing strong professional communication skills.
Maintaining Accurate Records
Update internal systems in real time, log communications, and ensure records meet audit and compliance standards.
By the end of each day, you’ll see the impact of your work — progressing properties, supporting clients, and gaining experience that builds your professional confidence.

What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for graduates who:

Are confident communicators (written and verbal)
Are highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Have a customer‑focused, professional approach
Are quick learners with a proactive mindset
Have strong attention to detail
Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

A degree in any discipline is welcome — we value transferable skills and potential.

What You’ll Gain

£26,227 starting salary, plus monthly and annual bonuses (OTE £28,000+)
Clear salary progression linked to performance and development
Structured training programme with ongoing coaching and support
Quarterly recognition awards and incentives
Monday–Friday working hours (9:00am–5:30pm) — no weekends or Bank Holidays
30 days paid annual leave, including Bank Holidays
Employee Assistance Programme
Genuine career progression opportunities within the business
