We are seeking a Workplace Project Manager to play a key role in driving successful change across all locations and countries.
This role focuses on coordinating and executing local change management activities linked to office openings, moves, exits, fit-outs and key workplace projects, ensuring minimal disruption and operational continuity.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who will ensure people, processes, timelines and communications are aligned and prepared for change.
Working closely with account teams, country teams and client stakeholders, the role enables effective tracking of real estate changes, readiness, risks and impacts - ensuring change is understood, proactively managed, accepted and successfully executed across all impacted locations.
In addition to change management responsibilities, this role includes a Workplace Project Manager scope, acting as the central planner and coordinator across multiple concurrent workplace projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office moves, mobilisations, demobilisations and energy efficiency projects across the portfolio.
Act as the central project planner and coordinator, not delivery-focused (not Quantity Surveying or Hard FM).
Own and maintain project plans, tracking progress and ensuring accurate reporting.
Manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 7–8 at any given time).
Oversee workplace projects with values of up to approximately £2 million.
Track and plan location change activity, ensuring alignment between project timelines and business readiness.
Identify workplace impacts and assess operational risks associated with location changes and projects.
Engage and manage stakeholders across account teams, country teams and client organisations.
Lead communication and change activities to support adoption and minimise disruption.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Experience delivering workplace change in operational and/or multi-country environments.
Background in change management, project coordination, or workplace operations and services.
Confidence to lead discussions with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to coach and support country teams through change.
Capability to identify, escalate and manage risks with ISS and client stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in multi-country / international environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
Experience managing workplace or real estate projects alongside change activities.
Additional European language skills are beneficial, particularly:
Dutch
Romanian
German (supporting a large user base)
