• Assign and revoke system access and permissions in line with approved requests and SOPs.
• Provision laptops, monitors, docks, peripherals, and accessories for new starters.
• Set up workstations and replace faulty equipment.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty returns, recycling, and secure disposal.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.

• Create and maintain simple user guides and IT SOPs.
• Assist senior IT staff with IT projects such as hardware refreshes and office changes.

Person Specification

• A self-starter who can pick things up quickly and support the IT Operations Lead.
• Excellent communicator.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.

Benefits
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Hybrid working model (onsite 2-3 days per week).
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
• A role with direct impact on the company’s growth and success.
