Salinae Day Centre, part of Care4CE, is seeking a dedicated and imaginative Support Worker to join our specialist dementia day service.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape meaningful days that enrich lives, stimulate thinking, and promote wellbeing.
The position is for a permanent Grade.4 Support Worker on Mondays and Wednesdays 14hour per week contract. 9am – 4.30pm
Starting pay £13.26 per hour - £ 25,583 per annum – incremental for 1 year to £13.47 per hour - £ 25,989 plus an annual pay rise. Please note this is Pro Rata.

Salinae Day Centre provides structured, person-centred daytime support for people living with dementia, offering a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment. Our service focuses on maintaining independence, enhancing cognitive wellbeing, and supporting social connection.
ABOUT YOU
You will be someone who brings energy, ideas and compassion to dementia care. You will need to have:
Strong teamwork skills with clear and confident communication
An enthusiastic, flexible and reliable approach to your work
A creative mindset, with the ability to design and deliver engaging, meaningful activities
The ability to use your own initiative while also working effectively as part of a supportive team
A genuine interest in enhancing the wellbeing and daily experiences of people living with dementia
