About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and early years education
Plan and support age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Requirements:
Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent)
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
