What's the role?

As an EYFS Teacher / ECT, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum that supports children's development across all areas of learning. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment and will foster independence, curiosity and a love of learning.

What are the key responsibilities?

Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning, in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's social, emotional and academic development
Monitor and assess pupil progress and adapt provision as needed
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Work closely with teaching assistants, parents and carers

What are we looking for?

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
A creative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
