About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding service within a care home environment.
This is a hands-on role where you will oversee all aspects of hospitality, ensuring residents receive an exceptional experience every day. From food service and activities to housekeeping and maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the home.
Reporting to: Home Manager / Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Create a high-quality, person-centred hospitality experience aligned with core values such as compassion, empathy, and transparency
• Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellent service delivery
• Ensure residents receive an engaging and fulfilling daily experience that exceeds expectations
• Oversee food service operations, working closely with the chef to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
• Develop and promote a varied activities programme that supports residents’ wellbeing and interests
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the home
• Ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly and effectively
• Manage hospitality budgets, balancing cost control with quality outcomes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to enhance community engagement
• Ensure all team members are trained, supported, and performing effectively
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including health and safety and employment law

About You
• Previous experience in a hospitality management role (care home, hotel, or similar environment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service and engaging with residents and their families
• Highly organised with good time management
• A hands-on approach with a natural ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
