Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a stunning, busy hotel in Rugby, Warwickshire — a multi-dining venue that operates restaurants and events, offering real variety in your day-to-day work as Chef de Partie.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be working with all-fresh ingredients at rosette level, across a range of dining settings including restaurant service, weddings and private events. You’ll work alongside a professional brigade, taking ownership of your section and maintaining the high food standards this hotel is known for.
No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what makes this Chef de Partie role so rewarding.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who has solid experience cooking fresh ingredients in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll be confident working across different service styles, bring a great attitude to every shift, and thrive under pressure.
Candidates based in or around Rugby, Coventry, Leicester or Hinckley are well placed — though live-in accommodation is also available locally.
