Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service from arrival to vehicle handover as a Service Advisor
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering accurate estimates
- Maintain precise records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products to enhance the customer experience
- Liaise closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and manage any concerns effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive position is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Genuine passion for the motor trade and a professional work ethic
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues swiftly
