Summary

Office Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
Hours : Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm )

Overview:
Our client is currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the technical team
• Manage and organise daily documentation and operational activities
• Log, prioritise, and distribute technical enquiries and requests
• Prepare and format documentation for internal review and external use
• Support the development and improvement of internal processes and systems
• Assist with compiling project-specific document packs
• Maintain accurate document control, ensuring version tracking and audit compliance
• Monitor document updates, approvals, and distribution
• Keep clear records of documentation, invoicing, and related processes
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure consistency of information across teams and departments
• Maintain internal systems and filing structures
• Provide ongoing support to the wider team with document management and coordination

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in document control, administration, or a similar role (construction or technical environment desirable)
• Familiarity with document management systems or CRM platforms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to handle queries or issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of construction or technical products (training can be provided)
• A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
