Summary
Level 1/Unqualified Enhanced Provision SEND support14.8 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Fixed Term - Part TimeWe are looking for someone to join our ‘Treehouse’ Enhanced Provision on Mondays and Tuesdays during term time. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about inclusion and would like to further develop their expertise in supporting pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping and delivering high‑quality provision for some of our most vulnerable learners. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and treehouse team to deliver tailored support for pupils who require a more personalised approach to learning. The role involves supporting small‑group and 1:1 sessions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to ensuring every child can access learning successfully. A calm and flexible approach is a bonus. Key Responsibilities • Deliver small‑group and 1:1 interventions tailored to specific learning profiles.
• Support pupils with a range of SEND, including communication, sensory, SEMH and cognition needs.
• Monitor and record pupil progress; contribute to reviews, provision mapping and assessments.
• Help maintain a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and engagement.We Are Looking For a Colleague Who: • Has experience working with pupils with SEND or is willing to learn.
• Demonstrates patience, consistency and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Shows good communication and teamwork skills.
