Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a well‑established elderly care home in Garforth, Leeds.

This role is ideal for a Senior Care Assistant with care home experience who is confident leading shifts and delivering high‑quality elderly care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person‑centred elderly care
Lead and support Care Assistants on shift
Complete care plans and risk assessments
Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate concerns
Support medication administration
Ensure CQC compliance and care standards

Essential Requirements

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant
Care home background (elderly care essential)
Level 2 Health & Social Care
Good leadership and communication skills

(Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards)
