Join Our Client as an HMCTS Administrative Officer in Barrow-In-Furness!

Are you organised, customer-focused, and eager to support the delivery of justice? Our client, a reputable government organisation, is hiring a full-time, temporary Administrative Officer to join their team in Barrow-In-Furness. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the justice system, supporting court operations and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for users, judicial office holders, and partner agencies via in-person, phone, digital, and written communication.
* Providing exceptional customer service, including support for vulnerable individuals and those with complex needs.
* Assisting with the smooth running of hearings across various HMCTS functions, whether at courts, tribunals, or national services.
* Managing enquiries, resolving issues, and preventing delays to cases or services.
* Performing general administrative duties and using digital channels to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Supporting operational delivery to ensure high-quality service and effective justice administration.

What you'll bring:
* Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to handle a variety of enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Competence in using digital tools and channels for communication and administration.
* Flexibility to work across different sites and functions as needed.
* A proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Additional details:
* Location: Barrow-In-Furness
* Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension
* Working hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
* Pay rate: £12.86 per hour
