The role:
Deputy Manager supporting the overall nursery
Lead the Baby Room (team, standards, curriculum)
Step up as Manager when needed
Support and develop staff

Level 3+ Early Years qualification
Experience as Room Leader / Deputy / Third in Charge
Someone passionate about high-quality childcare and leadership
