Summary

Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Kenilworth

We're seeking qualified, experienced Early Years professionals who deliver outstanding childcare.

Bank work: Flexible (Block bookings/Full-time/Part-time/Temp-to-Perm)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Full days – 8 hours minimum, AM or PM shifts)
Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)

Contract: Ongoing contract, 3-5 days per week, guaranteed salary with minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies

Requirements.

You must meet one of the following:

• Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
• Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
• EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
• OR
• At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
