Your duties would include admin work, advocating on my behalf, general house work, cooking and preparing food, collecting medication from the local chemists, and escorting to the GP/dentist etc. but they would vary hugely according to the day.
Due to my health I am socially isolated and will sometimes like to chat, but other times its essential that my need for quiet and stillness is understood . It is essential you respect the need to wash your hands whenever you enter the house and a mask if you are unwell or been in the company of someone who has been unwell.
