What the apprenticeship brings:

Shadowing trained technicians in all engineering aspects across facilities services
Exposure to a broad range of both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
A hands on vocational apprenticeship, whilst attending college 1 day per week
Level 3 accreditation upon successful completion
You will complete Building services engineering service and maintenance engineer, Level: 3 with our chosen training provider. They will provide support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. The apprenticeship scheme with Sodexo is a fixed term contract for a period of 3–4 years; however, our ambition is to provide employment on completion in line with business requirements aligned to account succession / development plans.

What You Bring:

Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn!
Great communication skills and a team player
Previous experience/qualifications are not required. (However, if not already obtained, functional skills tests may be required in maths/English)
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
