We are working on behalf of a secondary school in Birmingham to recruit a committed and reliable Teaching Assistant for a short‑term temporary cover role, starting as soon as possible.This position would suit an individual who is flexible, proactive, and confident supporting students within a busy secondary school environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
- Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and engagement
- Help maintain a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
- Support behaviour management and pastoral needs where required
- Assist with the smooth running of lessons and the wider school day
