Looking for a driving role where you can get stuck in and be part of a busy, hands-on environment?
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver in Plymouth to join a well-established recycling company. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the industry and is happy working in a physically involved, fast-paced role.
If you’re reliable, don’t mind early starts and like staying busy, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for collecting and transporting recycling materials, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Your day to day will include:
• Operating a Class 2 vehicle within the recycling sector
• Completing collections and deliveries of recycling materials
• Assisting with loading where required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Working to health and safety guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous recycling or waste experience (essential)
• Comfortable with early starts and physically active work
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
What’s on Offer
Up to £16.00 per hour
ASAP start available
Monday to Friday working week
Early starts between 4am – 5am
No set finish time (job and finish)
Ongoing, consistent work
