As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of duties, including:
- Providing one-on-one or small-group support to students, catering to their individual learning needs
- Assisting teachers in lesson planning, resource preparation, and the delivery of engaging educational activities
- Monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to assessments and IEP (Individual Education Plan) development
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Undertaking any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school

To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess a genuine passion for education, a strong commitment to student welfare, and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you'll have previous experience working in a similar setting, although we're also open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
