A warm and inclusive primary school in Bury is looking for a dedicated Inclusive Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them feel understood, supported, and empowered in their learning journey.

In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Support children with Autism and communication challenges to access learning
- Use positive, consistent strategies to support behaviour and emotional regulation
- Help create a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and support staff to deliver personalised learning approaches
- Has experience supporting primary-aged pupils with SEN, particularly Autism
- Is confident supporting pupils who may present challenging behaviour
- Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
- Is patient, compassionate, and resilient in their approach
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with ease
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- A genuinely supportive and welcoming school community
- Strong SEN systems already in place - you'll feel part of a team from day one
