As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Managing and developing a portfolio of retailer accounts
• Building strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors
• Delivering training on finance products and processes
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of account management
• Upselling/ cross-selling relevant products to maximise account value & revenue growth
• Maintaining accurate CRM records including quotes, interactions and opportunities
We are looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Some finance experience, ideally with an Account Management background
• Exceptional communication skills, relationship & rapport building skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and able to naturally use initiative
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 with an OTE of £50,000, plus the following benefits…
