Summary
Our client, a reputable dealership in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced PDI Technician to join their team in Stratford Upon Avon.
This PDI Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their career with industry-leading training, including electric vehicles and advanced automotive technology. The successful PDI Technician will be responsible for ensuring high standards during pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation.

Duties as a PDI Technician:
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on a minimum of 12 vehicles daily, ensuring all vehicles meet quality and safety standards
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting during pre-delivery checks
- Provide technical advice and support related to vehicle features and systems
- Keep up to date with evolving automotive technology, including electric vehicles and innovative systems such as voice recognition
- Accurately document all inspections, repairs, and test procedures for compliance
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or an equivalent qualification in automotive maintenance
- Between 2-5 years of full-time experience as an automotive technician or PDI Technician
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Full, valid driving licence is mandatory
- Experience with electric vehicles or modern automotive systems is preferred but not essential
