Summary


To provide a professional, comprehensive and effective administration support service to the administration, nursing and the wider medical team

· As directed by the Patient Pathway Administrators, assist in any administrational duties that may be required to ensure a full administration service is provided within the various services of the Directorate. This may include providing basic cover for the patient pathway administrators during periods of sickness, annual leave or workload increases.

To respond to queries relating to health records, either by telephone or in person and to ensure all health records are tracked using EPR thereby maintaining accurate location records.

To communicate effectively using good verbal and written skills and to deal with all enquiries in a sympathetic and professional manner using tact and diplomacy where appropriate.
