Summary
Full-time (37 Hours) – Permanent
Grade C1 - £34,434 - £37,280 per annum
North Kesteven District Council is seeking an experienced professional to join the Digital, Data and Technology team; This post puts you at the heart of a dynamic and customer focused service which is critical in the delivery of the Council’s Digital service through ensuring digital services exceed customer expectation.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience with developing LLM/Agents in a local government
• Experience in working within local government technology sector
• Solid development of a LLM Q&A chatbot using Graia technology’s
• Experience in hybrid mail and data management tools in a Revenues and Benefits Service
• Knowledge of creating standard operating procedures, ISO audit and software deployment across large environments
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the delivery of document management systems across the organisation, ensuring these platforms are secure, and aligned with the council’s digital objectives.
• Responsible for the delivery of Revenues and Benefits systems across the organisation and partner organisations, ensuring these platforms are secure, and aligned with the council’s digital objectives.
• Delivering third line technical troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Experience in developing and supporting a range of automation solutions, including data analysis, workflow automation, artificial intelligence and online organisational interaction platforms
Key Attributes:
• Manage through practical experience in a external ServiceDesk and software lifecycle setting Assists staff across departments and partner Councils with technical support.
• Takes initiative to explore solutions and resolve Revenue & Benefits queries.
• Contributes to team efforts and supports council service delivery.
You will be required to apply a high level of attention to detail when carrying out this role, to support the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology service at a technical level and show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working, and visiting the district.
