Location: Mobile role (regional patch)

We are recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Electrical Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management (FM) provider, delivering maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

This is a mobile role offering a great mix of electrical work alongside general building maintenance.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring client sites are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM and reactive electrical maintenance

  
  

• Fault finding, testing, and minor installation works

  
  

• Supporting with general FM tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, and fabric repairs

  
  

• Responding to breakdowns and completing repairs in a timely manner

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

  
  

• Building strong relationships with clients on-site

  
  Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

    
    

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

    
    

  • Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services

    
    

  • Multi-trade experience (fabric, plumbing, basic carpentry)

    
    

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence
