Summary
To work closely with the Senior Management Team to maintain effective oversight of all aspects of the Serious Incident Processes. To assist in the review of action plans and to suggest themes for audit that may arise from risks/trends, incidents, audits and complaints. To manage complex data collection from a variety of sources and contribute information and data to dashboards as required. Keep up to date with developments both nationally and locally in relation to the quality agenda. To work collaboratively with teams to embed learning from incidents/complaints. To attend relevant meetings and forums where quality is the focus. Contribute to the Quality Agenda support the CQIF and COG meetings. Contribute in the management of the Directorate Audit Plan Promote QI methodology and support services with improvement plans
