Summary
Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Bury Paying £18. per hr ref 22438
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys of residential properties
- Assess building components including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, and building services
- Collect, record, and validate accurate property data using handheld devices or asset management systems
- Identify defects, health and safety risks, and compliance issues
- Provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and planned works
- Support the development of stock investment and planned maintenance programmes
- Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure surveys are completed in line with agreed standards and timescales
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
- Work independently, managing your own workload and site visits
