About the Role

As a nursing home deputy manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently delivered.

The successful nursing home deputy manager will play a key role in leading the clinical team, mentoring staff, and maintaining excellent care outcomes for residents.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this nursing home deputy manager role, candidates must:

    • Be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active PIN
    • Have proven experience working as a nursing home deputy manager or senior nurse within a nursing home setting
    • Demonstrate strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
    • Have significant experience in dementia care and palliative care
    • Be confident in leading teams and driving high standards of care
    • Have a strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
