Immediate Starts Available:
Due to expansion, our client based in Burton is looking for production operatives in a central location. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to progress their career on a straight permanent basis.
If you are a motivated, hardworking individual with ambition to progress in a vastly growing company then this is the role for you.
Pay Rate:
£36,353 per annum including shift allowance
Hours of work:
Mixture of days and nights working from 6:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00
12 hour shifts – Monday – Thursday rotating weekly
48 hours per week

Duties to include:
• Pre shift checks
• Setting machinery to set tolerances
• Operating machinery and equipment to produce roof tiles to specification
• Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency
• Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Ideal candidate:
• Experience within a quality/manufacturing/production environment (1+ years)
• Keen eye for detail & quality
• Able to take ownership of workload
• Motivated individual
