Summary
We’re looking for a reliable self- employed hands-on Multitrader, who can also run jobs and supervise works across residential properties.
You’ll be working on maintenance and refurbishments for landlords, so experience in this type of environment is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
General property maintenance & refurb work
Plumbing, carpentry, decorating,plastering, etc.
Running jobs and organising work on site
Dealing with tenants and landlords
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Multitrader (all-round skills)
Able to work independently and take initiative
Previous supervisory experience is a bonus
Reliable and takes pride in work
Full UK driving licence
Self-employed and able to invoice

No weekends – Monday to Friday only
