Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands-on role involves assembling silicone-based products within a production environment, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
• Work towards and achieve daily production targets
• Assemble silicone-based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

• Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
